Mudra Meditation for Stress Relief

In this mechanical life it has become inevitable to man to work for long hours. Due to the tight schedules and continuous work man has become a victim of stress. 90% of the working employees suffer from stress which many lead to inaccurate and delay in work.

Jaimahavibhoshri has introduced a wonderful Mudra to get relief from stress. We have taught this Mudra technique in various public gatherings. We got positive feedback from the people who sincerely follow this mudra technique.
